About me

Languages have fascinated me since I was a child. When I was 5, I discovered the many foreign stations on the radio. Fascinated, I listened to the unfamiliar words and their sounds - each language was like a new music. This fascination runs like a leitmotiv through my life. For me it was always clear: languages are my world. When I was 16, I did an internship with a translator. That was so exciting! I was completely in my element! Then I knew: I was going to be a translator. No sooner said than done.

After my training I was employed for 14 years before I started my own business in 1999.

For me, it's all about languages - and I'm passionate about them.

Since then I have been working with a permanent team of freelance translators for export-oriented companies, public authorities, lawyers, notaries and internationally operating service providers.

As a Christian, I also specialise in Christian translations and translate for churches and publishers worldwide.
