Establishing contact

Data processing for establishing contact using our website takes place according to Article 6 paragraph 1 sentence 1(a) of the GDPR upon the basis of your voluntarily granted consent.

To contact us via our website, we have provided you with a contact form and an e-mail address for any questions you may have. Please enter a valid e-mail address as well as a name that we can use to address you. You can choose to provide additional information should you so desire.

To answer your inquiries by e-mail, we will store the data you have provided (your e-mail address, your name and, if applicable, your telephone number). We will delete any data which arises during this process after the storage of such data is no longer required, or we will restrict the processing of the data if there are statutory retention requirements.

You are of course free to share your personal data with us using other channels, such as by telephone or regular post.

In accordance with Article 15 of the GDPR, you have the right to request confirmation from us about whether we are processing your personal data. If this is the case, you have a right to information about this personal data as well as information about the following:

 

 

According to Article 16 GDPR, you can demand from us the correction of incorrect personal data concerning you without delay. Taking the purposes of the processing into account, you also have the right to request the completion of incomplete personal data, which may entail the inclusion of a supplementary statement.

Article 17 of the GDPR grants you the right to demand that we delete your personal data without delay.

According to Article 18 of the GDPR, you have the right to demand that we restrict the processing of your data under certain conditions.

According to Article 20 of the GDPR, you have the right to receive the personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, common, and machine-readable format, or to have this data transmitted to another responsible party by us.

According to Article 7 paragraph 3 of the GDPR, you have the right to revoke the consent you have granted to us at any time. This means that we cannot continue the processing of data based on this consent going forward.

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your usual place of residence, employment or the place of the alleged infringement, if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates this Regulation.

 

Right of objection

If your personal data is processed based on legitimate interests according to Article 6 paragraph 1 sentence 1(a) GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in accordance with Article 21 GDPR, provided that there are reasons for this which arise from your particular situation, or the objection is directed against direct advertising. In the latter case, you have a general right of objection, which shall be carried out by us without specifying any particular situation.

Our website uses Google Maps services. This allows us to provide you with convenient interactive map functionality from within our website.

Additionally, the above-mentioned collected personal data is transmitted. This happens regardless of whether you have a user account with Google and/or whether you are logged in there or not. If you are logged into Google, your data will be assigned directly to your account. If you do not wish to be associated with your Google user account, you must log out before visiting the subpage of our website. Data security

We use the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method in conjunction with the highest encryption level supported by your browser during your visit to our site. Generally, this is 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we will instead use 128-bit v3 technology. Whether or not an individual page of our website is encrypted is shown by the closed key or lock icon in the lower status bar of your browser.

We also take appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or total loss, destruction, or unauthorized access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in keeping with technological developments.
